Created by local artists Randy New and Jared Petticrew, the piece features interlocking anchor chain links and serves as the final installation in the city's 15-year public art initiative.

Appears to be heavy iron, but is crafted from lightweight spun fiber, paint, and specialty minerals for its finished texture.

Positioned along the new Sunset Promenade at Mariners Landing Park (formerly Wayside Park), directly beneath the General Daniel "Chappie" James Memorial Bridge.
Marks the completion of five major public art landmarks commissioned by Gulf Breeze over a 15-year span.
